New General Fees Effective 7/1/10 (346Kb) * New HMMP Fees Effective 7/1/10 (12Kb) * You may pay your Environmental Health fees using VISA, MASTER-CARD, Discover or Debit card. This can be done online by clicking on this link: Based on the total amount due on your invoice, select a payment type (category) from the listing below. Then select that payment type on the GovTeller screen. You will need to enter the Facility Name, the Invoice Number and the Account Number. Fee Category for Online Payments (13Kb) * We also can accept walk-in payments at 1131 Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA 94502 for payments greater than $10. Annual Permit Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable to new owners or new locations. There will also be no prorations of annual permit fees.
