Opening A Document

The county standard file format for documents and forms is Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). In most cases, you should be able to open a PDF simply by clicking the link to the document. If you click a link to a PDF document and you get a blank screen or an error, try the following:

• Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. You can download it for free from Adobe's website.
