NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE
Effective January 1, 2010

As a result of the passage of Senate Bill 676, on October 11, 2009, a fee increase of $6.00 will be implemented for recording the first page of each document recorded in the records of the County of Alameda. Such fee shall be in addition to any other authorized fees collected by the Recorder. The increase reflects increased costs of services rendered.
