This new class is a must for any small business owner or entrepreneur interested in learning how to successfully buy a business or sell their own. While many entrepreneurs often take the approach of starting a business from scratch it is often cheaper, easier and much less risky to buy a business instead. It is often much easier to raise funds for an acquisition than for a start-up, the business has a track record and existing customer relations and can begin generating positive cash flow for the buyer significantly faster than a start-up.
In similar fashion, when the time come to sell a successful business the owner has one chance, and one chance only, to do it the right way and maximize the profit potential for his or her years of hard work. The selling process can be a difficult one to understand but the small business owner must come to grips with the process if she or he is to manage their way through it successfully. The program will include a panel of experts including business brokers, M&A professionals, Lenders and experienced corporate executives to help the attendees gain perspective and answer questions. There will also be ample time for one-on-one networking with the panelists. This Seminar is FREE to all attendees.
