Development of Affordable Housing
Alameda County Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) provides financing, technical assistance and policy support for the development of affordable housing to residents of the community. HCD has funded the development of over 2,800 units of housing throughout the County working with local affordable housing developers. HCD is responsible for the long-term monitoring and compliance of the affordable housing developments financed by our many financing sources.
