Before permits are issued, a map of the project site must be submitted.

If you have an electronic version of the map in PDF format that is under 1 MB in file size, you may upload the file to us in the following ways:

• From the Confirmation page at the end of Online Application submittal process, click the Upload Sitemap File button.
• From the Tracking page where you check the status of your application, you may click on link if status is 'Pending Sitemap'.

To mail or fax in the site map, please include the 13-digit application id number you receive on your Confirmation page and send to:
