In order to use the Central Collections Web Pay application cookies and Javascript must be enabled on your browser.

Determine which browser you are using and use the list below for instructions enabling Javascript and cookies. It may help to print this page.


Internet Explorer Instructions  Back to top

Click the "Tools" menu item at the top of the browser window and select "Internet Options". A dialog box appears.

1. Make sure cookies are enabled:
Select the "Privacy" tab at the top of the dialog box. Now click the "Advanced" button. Another dialog box appears.
Make sure that the "Accept" box is selected under "First Party cookies". Click OK

2. Make sure that Javascript is enabled:
Select the "Security" tab at the top of the dialog box. Select "Internet" in the box at the top.
Press the "Custom level" button. Another dialog box appears.
Scroll down until the section "Scripting" appears (near the bottom in most cases).
Make sure that "Enable" is selected under the "Active Scripting" item.

Click OK. Cookies and Javascript should now be enabled.  Try Web Pay Now

Click the "Gear" icon at the top right corner of the browser window and select "Preferences". A dialog box appears

1. Make sure cookies are enabled:
Select the "Security" item at the top of the dialog box. In the section named "Accept cookies" make sure that either "Only from sites I visit" or "Always" is selected

2. Make sure that Javascript is enabled:
Select the "Security" item at the top of the dialog box. In the section named "Web Content" make sure that the "Enable Javascript" box is checked.

Dismiss the dialog box by clicking on the red "x" at the top right hand side of the dialog box. Cookies and Javascript should now be enabled.  Try Web Pay Now

Click the "Wrench" icon at the top right corner of the browser window and select "Options". A dialog box appears.  Select the "Under the Hood" tab and press the "Content Settings" button under the "Privacy" label. A new dialog box appears.

1. Make sure cookies are enabled:
Select "Cookies" from the list in the "Features" box. Under "Cookie Settings" make sure that the item "Allow local data to be set" is selected.

2. Make sure that Javascript is enabled:
Select "JavaScript" tfrom the list in the "Features" box. Under "JavaScript Settimgs" make sure that the item "Allow sites to run JavaScript" is selected.

Click the "Close" button and then click the next "Close" button. Cookies and Javascript should now be enabled.  Try Web Pay Now

Select the "Cookies" item in the box at the left. Make sure that either "Accept Cookies" or "Accept cookies only from the site I visit" is selected.

2. Make sure that Javascript is enabled:
Select the "Content" item in the box at the left. Make sure that the selection "Enable JavaScript" is selected.

Click the "OK" button. Cookies and Javascript should now be enabled.  Try Web Pay Now
