Occupational Health Screenings
Risk Management provides employee health screening programs to County agencies and departments to ensure that new and existing employees are mentally and physically fit to perform their work. Risk Management also contracts with various medical and technical service providers to assist the agencies and departments in complying with the medical surveillance requirements found in various federal, state, and other regulations related to specific job classifications and duties.
Pre-Employment Medical Screenings
Pre-employment medical screenings are required for all classifications and follow position-specific criteria established through a study of all County job classifications completed in 2011.
Health Screenings During Employment
Risk Management provides employee health programs for current employees to ensure that they remain physically and mentally fit to perform their work and to comply with various health and safety regulations.
