Mental Health Crisis? Don't Wait to Call 988
The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline connects individuals experiencing mental health crises with available resources. Established to improve access to crisis services to meet suicide and mental health care needs, 988 provides easier access to the Lifeline network and other crisis resources. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or thinking about self-harm, call 988 for crisis support.

Renew Medi-Cal to Keep Your Health Coverage
Keep yourself and your family covered by completing and submitting your Medi-Cal renewal packet.
Following the end of the Federal Public Health Emergency in March 2023, Medi-Cal beneficiaries must submit a renewal packet to continue receiving Medi-Cal coverage. Alameda County Social Services Agency is mailing Medi-Cal renewal packets monthly through July, 2024. Your renewal packet will be mailed to you and you must submit it before the end of your renewal month, or you may lose your Medi-Cal coverage.
If you:- Would like to report changes to your address and phone number
- Have not received a Medi-Cal renewal packet
- Have not received a notice that your Medi-Cal has been renewed
- Would like to find out your renewal month
