Active for Life is a 10-week program held each spring and designed to promote health awareness, healthy eating and physical fitness. Participants set goals for regular physical activity, incorporate healthy lifestyle changes � like eating more fruits and veggies and drinking more water, track daily activity online, participate in department-based competition, and receive pedometers and other fun incentives to help them stay motivated and reach their goals.
