Hackathon #4
And the Winners are…
Alameda County and its residents. Because the challenge brought together developers, activists, citizens, and designers to make apps that would benefit the communities of Alameda County, the real winners of ACApps Challenge 2015.1 were Alameda County and its residents.
A total of 22 teams presented their app ideas. After much debate, the judges decided that the winning app at the challenge was AC Smart Eco-Drive. This is an app for GPS enabled mobile devices that reduces fuel consumption and protects the environment, it also gives the most efficient route. Congratulations to the Techpride team!!
