This easy-to-use, compact directory of information on County resources and services is designed to give citizens an overview of County services and provide a direction to services they need. The directory was compiled in collaboration with representatives from each County agency providing help in identifying what types of issues and questions citizens present when they call Alameda County phone operators and/or agency offices. This is the first edition of the directory. The on-line directory will be updated twice a year by the General Services Agency/Communications staff.
