Agnes Ubalde is a Vice President and Community Development Officer with Wells Fargo in Oakland. In this position Agnes is at the center of Wells Fargo's broad support of community efforts that aid in affordable housing and economic and community development across Northern California and the East Bay. Agnes has facilitated more than $4 million in contributions to more than 50 community organizations, efforts that have created hundreds of jobs, supported small businesses and generated housing opportunities for low-to-moderate income residents. Agnes has helped to secure key Wells Fargo sponsorships for Oakland's Dia de los Muertos festival, the city's Faith-Based Initiative and other important community activities. Agnes volunteers her time to chair the Oakland Workforce Investment Board, which helps local youth, adults and dislocated workers to train for and secure long-term, sustainable employment.
