Victoria Jones is Vice President of Corporate Affairs for The Clorox Company in Oakland. Her many responsibilities include oversight of the company's government affairs and community relations activities. In government affairs, she interacts with individuals at all levels of government on issues of importance to the company and governmental bodies. In community relations, Victoria manages the Clorox Foundation's grant-making work, seeking to partner with organizations to support strong, healthy communities. She works to ensure that the company's community investments benefit Oakland public school students, promote youth development, and fund local art and civic projects. She also oversees employee giving campaigns and volunteer initiatives at Clorox. Additionally, Victoria leads the company's disaster relief efforts, targeting resources to helping those in dire need around the globe. Her career has been marked by excellence in the areas of public affairs, marketing, sales and human resources. She is a founding member of the Oakland African-American Chamber of Commerce, the former Chair of the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and has held leadership roles in community and economic development organizations around the East Bay. She has received many recognitions including being named Woman of Distinction in Excellence by the East Bay Business Times.
