Shonda Scott is creator and CEO of 360 Total Concept, a management consulting firm with a client list that includes television networks, federal agencies, school districts and major corporations. Shonda opened her first business, the first cyber coffee house in Las Vegas, but has since returned home to become a second-generation Oakland business owner – though her business also has offices in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. She is a civic leader and philanthropist who leads efforts to assist Oakland schools and to promote cancer research and support cancer survivors through her nonprofit, Pink Access Foundation. She was appointed to President Obama’s Platform Committee in 2012 and was a 2006 CBC Young Leader. In addition, Shonda is familiar to local television viewers for her talk show, “Spotlight with Shonda Scott,” which features positive Bay Area stories highlighting unsung heroes, local officials and entertainers.
