Effective January 1, 2014
Pursuant to changes in Business and Professions Code Section 17913(d) and 17913(e), effective January 1, 2014, all registrants submitting Fictitious Business Name Statements for filing will be required to present current and valid government-issued identification.
All Fictitious Business Name Statements received in the office of the Alameda County Clerk on or after January 1, 2014, are required to be accompanied by presentation of current and valid government-issued identification.
